Refund Policy

1. Final Sale by Default

Except as described below, all sales are final. We generally do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds.

2. Damaged on Arrival / Defective Items

If you receive an item that appears damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery using info@naturespleasantries.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo(s) clearly showing the damage or defect

  • A brief description of the issue

We may require that you return the item (unused and in original packaging) or provide additional evidence. After reviewing your claim, we will determine whether a partial or full refund, replacement, or store credit is appropriate. We reserve sole discretion in resolving these issues.

3. What Is Not Eligible

Requests for refunds or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or ordering the wrong item

  • Items that have been opened, used, or altered in any way

  • Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or shipping after delivery

  • Claims made after the 48‑hour window

4. How Decisions Are Made

We evaluate each request case by case. When damage is confirmed and due to no fault of the buyer, we will consider the best resolution (refund, replacement, or credit). Our decision is final.

5. Return Shipping / Costs

If a return is required as part of a valid claim:

  • We may provide you with instructions or a prepaid label (depending on the situation).

  • If a prepaid return label is provided, the cost may be covered.

  • If you must ship the item back yourself, you are responsible for return shipping unless we've agreed otherwise.

  • We strongly recommend using a traceable shipping service and keeping proof of shipment.

6. How Refunds Are Processed

If a refund is approved:

  • We will issue it using the original method of payment (or other means agreed upon)

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to show on your account (depending on your payment provider)
