Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2‑3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). If we’re experiencing high order volume or other unforeseen delays, we’ll notify you via email.

2. Domestic Shipping (Continental U.S.)

  • Free standard shipping on orders over $75 (continental U.S.)

  • For orders under $75, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

  • Delivery time after shipment: ~ 3‑7 business days for standard; expedited options available for faster delivery.

3. International Shipping

  • Natures Pleasantries ships to select countries outside the U.S.

  • Shipping rates, delivery time, and additional fees vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.

  • Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, or fees imposed by their country.

  • Delivery times can vary widely depending on the destination, customs processing, and local postal or courier services. Please allow 10‑21 business days for international delivery (this is an estimate; actual time may be shorter or longer).

4. Address Accuracy & Customs Documentation

  • Please ensure the shipping address is entered correctly when placing your order. Mistakes or omissions in the address may delay delivery or result in non‑delivery.

  • For international orders, we prepare all required customs documentation (commercial invoice, declaration, etc.). Some countries require additional information (such as Harmonized System (HS) codes); we will include what is necessary.

5. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number so we can review and help resolve the issue.

  • If tracking shows the item delivered but you did not receive it (including international addresses), contact your local postal or courier service. We strongly recommend using a tracked or insured shipping option for international orders where available.

  • For stolen or lost packages, replacement or refund may be considered depending on the evidence and carrier policies.
